Caroline Mara

Program Director

Caroline Mara recently graduated from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. She received her B.A. in politics with a double minor in economics and international relations.

Interested in politics at a young age, she loves studying history to understand today’s policies and political climate better. At Saint A’s, Ms. Mara was an active co-chair in the New Hampshire Institute of Politics’s Kevin B. Harrington Student Ambassador Program. Throughout her 4 years in the program and 2 years in the leadership role, Ms. Mara has continually worked to be a champion of civic engagement. Ms. Mara began interning for the Pocketbook Project in the spring of 2022. Throughout her internship, she helped with campaigns, conducted research, and helped aid in PBP event organizing. More recently, Ms. Mara has been promoted to Program Director of the Pocketbook Project. She looks forward to planning more events and getting more women involved in the world of politics!
